I just found your club via AHA. I missed the meeting by one day. I look forward to the next meeting and being a member. I may have a few other local brewers with me. we actually just had a big brew-off party this weekend in Abingdon.

  2. Nick says:

I have always wanted to brew beer after owning a liquor store for years and taking a liking to craft beers from small breweries. Now, I have the time and renewed interest. I was hoping to find a club local to me and this one seems to be the right fit. I am a Bel Air resident and look forward to attending the january 2013 meeting. Sorry, I have no brew yet, but looking forward to listening and learning. Hope that is ok.

  3. Rob H says:

I am ready for the 12th. My Dubbel is carbing as we speak.

I’m a new homebrewer in Joppatowne. Mixed up my first brew on Thanksgiving weekend. What time do the meetings start?

  5. Allyson Dentice says:

When is your next meeting? What type of events do you hold? Do you have a lot of members?
My husband and I live in Belcamp and are looking for a social club we can be part of together. We plan on beginning home brew this month.
    Thank you

The next meeting is our Christmas party on Friday, Dec 10th 2010. This is a “bring a dish”, informal, end of year event where we hand out awards, eat and chat. The next “real” meeting is Wednesday, January 12th 2011 when we will have Belgian Dubbel as the competition style.

We try to make sure our club is a good mix of social, competition, and information. Come along to a meeting and see what you think. I am not sure about what the actual membership number is, but we get between maybe 10 to 25 people at the various meeting throughout the year.

Good luck with your first brew!
