OUR SNOW POLICY:

During the Snow/Ice season the club will meet (or not meet) based on the Harford Community College Evening Schedule decision. Should the college close then there will be no meeting.

OUR CANCELLED COMPETITION POLICY:

In the event of a meeting cancellation or if it is not possible to hold the competition for other reasons e.g. meeting was moved to a bar/restaurant, then the following will apply.

If the beer competition scheduled for that night is an Open competition then it will be cancelled and there will be no make up competition scheduled.

If the beer competition scheduled for that night is a Style competiton then it will be rescheduled for the following month and will replace any Open competition scheduled for that month. There will be no make up for the replaced Open competition. Should the following month also be a Style competition then club members will "take one for the team" and judge two Style competitions that month.
